System Reliability Modelling is the analysis of a System to understand its reliability, availability, maintainability performance. This is done through breaking the system down into subsystems, assemblies and components and their arrangement.Common methods use logic diagrams, such as reliability block diagrams (RBDs) and fault trees.
ReliaSoft BlockSim provides a comprehensive platform for system reliability, availability, maintainability and related analyses using exact computations or discrete event simulation. The software offers a sophisticated graphical interface that allows you to model the simplest or most complex systems and processes using methods such as RBDs, Fault Trees and more.

This course is intended to provide detailed training on the use of ReliaSoft BlockSim and System Modelling, for people that will be required to perform common RAM analysis techniques in their work.
The course assumes prior knowledge on the subject of RAM Analysis with an ideal precursor training course being the “RAM Analysis Fundamentals “ 2-Day course provided by Wilde.
Although this course be training user in ReliaSoft BlockSim, it is not intended to provide comprehensive training on all aspects of the software tool, but will provide the users with information on how to continuously learn with the tool.
